Skinless Sweet Longanisa Recipe

BEST CHICKEN AND PORK SWEET GARLIC LONGANISA | MADALING IBENTA | NO PRESERVATIVES | PATOK NA NEGOSYO Ingredients: 250g ground pork 250g ground chicken breast 10cloves garlic 2tsp salt 1 1/2tsp pepper 2tsp sweet paprika 9tbsp brown sugar 5tbsp water + annatto seeds 2tbsp soy sauce 2tbsp vinegar 4tbsp cornstarch Procedure: 1. Mix hot water and annatto seeds until you get the red orange color you want for your longanisa. Then set aside. 2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add the annatto mixture. Make sure to drain the seeds. 3. Form and shape it using a cling wrap or ice candy plastic. 4. Each piece is weighing 33.33g approximately. 5. You can now put it into your freezer and just thaw it into your chiller night before cooking it. 6. When cooking the longanisa, no need to add oil, just put a little water and let simmer until it produces its own oil. 7. Cook it until all the sides are done. 8. Serve and enjoy!
