Today I will see for myself the improvements in Carbon Market. An old (said to be over a hundred years old) farmers market in Cebu City. Recently, talks circulating that the market is starting to get its new face and will soon achieve a full facelift (redevelopment poject on-going) as the city entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Megawide Construction Corporation (50 years of cooperation term) to redevelop and modernized the entire Old Carbon Market.
