FISH BALLS Recipe

INGREDIENTS: 1 big size mackerel fish or galunggong (Any kind of edible fish will do) 1 cup cornstarch 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp baking powder 3 tbsp sugar 1 medium-size onion (chopped) 4 cloves garlic (minced) 2 tbsp spring onion (chopped) 100 ml water (6 tbsp) 1 egg 1 tsp white pepper powder (or black pepper powder) FOR FISH BALL SAUCE: 1 tbsp butter 1 small-size onion (chopped) 4 cloves garlic (chopped) 1 cup of water 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp vinegar 4 tbsp brown sugar 2 bird's eye chili (chopped), or chili flakes (this is optional) 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch (dissolve in 1 tbsp water) NOTE: Hindi nyo na kailangan pang ilagay sa ref pwede nyo sya deretsong lutuin ang rason kaya ko sya nilagay sa ref para mag firm at madali lang sya pormahing bilog. Kung gusto nyo namang ilagay sa freezer para may stock kayo, Magpakulo lang kayo ng tubig tas lagay nyo ang bawat nabilog nyo hanggang sa lumotang at i drain nyo tapos pwede na ilagay sa ziplock bag tapos ilagay sa freezer kuha nalang pag gustong magprito.
