Cebu Torta is popular in the Visayas Region. It is a rich delicacy from Cebu that is spongy and sweet like Mamon. This is actually one of Lucys favorite desserts.
Today, I will make my own version of Torta De Cebu for the first time.
The ingredients are egg yolks, coconut juice, sugar, all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, oil, condensed milk, melted butter, vanilla bean paste, anise.
