3 cloves Garlic

100g minced pork

Salt and pepper to taste

1kl singkamas

1 tbsp Brown sugar

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp five spice powder

1 cup water


Lumpia Wrapper


NGOHIONG BATTER/SLURRY


3 Cups flour

Salt and pepper to taste

3/4 Cups Water


NGOHIONG SAUCE


5 cloves Garlic

1/2 Onion

1 small size Minced ginger

Salt and pepper to taste 

1 tbsp five spice powder

4 cups water

1 cup vinegar

1 cup Brown sugar

1 tbsp Chilli flakes

1 tbsp Oyster sauce

3 tbsp dissolved in 3 tbsp water Cornstarch
